Subject Description

The aim of this subject is to further develop skills, techniques and innovation in the design and production of professional motion graphics.


The subject encourages extensive research and experimentation in producing original and exciting work, building a vocabulary that is firmly placed in the world of motion graphics.

 

Learning outcomes

  1. Produce advanced and sophisticated motion graphic work based on design and film principles, research and experimentation.

  2. Account for the audience perception and reception to the work.

  3. Account for sound, music and narrative in creating the work.

  4. Develop advanced skills and techniques, both creative and production orientated.

  5. Integrate a range of multimedia platforms in the production of motion work.
