Subject Description

The aim of this subject is to prepare students for industry placement and gain an understanding of the components of the employment process.

Content

Internship preparation requires each student to use and develop research methods to identify suitable design studios for future employment. The student will be required to formulate a mission statement, resume, business card and cover letter that will strengthen the creative direction of their portfolio. All content presented must offer creativity, appropriateness and support his/her target audience/design studio.

All assessments must be of the highest standard. All work must be ‘signed off’ and approved prior to final submission.
