Creative & Colourful Graffiti at Raffles!
Graphic Design News

A recent burst of creativity by a group of students has left an indelible mark at Raffles College. Certificate IV Art and Design students from the 2D Studies class pooled their ideas creating a dynamic mural on level 12 of the college building.

The mural of a skull, rendered in a distorted pixilated style, was designed and painted on the 12 metre long wall by the students using paints donated by Chroma Australia. The company’s generous provision of quality acrylic paint allowed for a clear flat finish with a brilliant array of red, black, pink and grey colours.

“It’s quite a striking result and their effort is exemplary. Providing a chance to work on a large scale project, two dimensional imagery can now be seen in a public domain,” said lecturer, Gordon Waters.
